Booking

The easiest, quickest and most secure way to book through our online site. You are welcome to call our Contact Center in Copenhagen, Denmark on +1 202-552-1060 (English speaking staff) if you have any questions or need help, but please note that booking and payment must take place on-line on our site. It is not possible to book over the phone, as we cannot accept phone payments for security reasons. You can also email your questions using the contact form here on this page, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation

As a general rule, you cannot change, return or cancel your booked and confirmed tickets for soccer in London. You will be informed of this early on in the booking process, and you agree to this when accepting our terms and conditions.

However, we will, of course, do what we can to assist you if you cannot use your tickets. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via the contact form and state your booking reference. We will do what we can and try to cancel your booking, or attempt to re-sell your tickets to other clients. We cannot promise anything, but will try to help you.

In order to refund or resell your tickets, we must seek approval from the club and our agent in London. We must then obtain a credit note from our agent. This process takes time, and it is not unusual for us to be uncertain until 1-2 weeks after the match date as to whether your tickets have been refunded/re-sold. If we get your tickets re-sold or refunded there will be a cancellation fee, usually around USD15.00 per ticket.

Our Agents in London

Information for tickets to ARSENAL, FULHAM, WEST HAM, MILLWALL, CRYSTAL PALACE, CHARLTON, QPR and CHELSEA: For these clubs we use different agents. Depending on which agent we use for the match you book for, you should EITHER collect the tickets at our agent in London OR directly at the stadium OR at Thistle Marble Arch Hotel in London. Which collection point you should use, will clearly be stated on the voucher / e-ticket we send to you no later than 7 days before the match date, but often immediately after you have completed your booking.

For tickets to EVERTON in Liverpool, we use the official agent Albemarle of London. Tickets for Everton need to be picked up at Goodison Park in Liverpool. Specific details will be sent to you on a separate e-mail.
